Pocket PC equivalent of Hyperterm

I'm trying communicate between my Toshiba 3350 and a Samsung C100 using
IrDA.
As I cannot find any software to do this and cannot find the command set
supported by the C100 a start would seem to be to use something like
Hyperterm to throw Nokia AT commands at the Samsing to see if it supports
them.
Is there a Hyperterm equivalent for the Pocket PC which I can use to talk to
the IrDA?

You might want to look at Cambridge Computer Corporation's vxHpc
(http://www.cam.com/vxhpc.html). It does full terminal emulation via a
number of methods (including infrared).
