A way to convert PALM ebooks to MS Reader?

Does anyone know if there is a way to convert PALM based ebooks (.pdb) to MS
Reader format. I have too much time/money invested to just walk away from
the old Palm books.

There are readers for PPC that can read .pdb format. I use ubook reader,
http://www.gowerpoint.com.
