connecting my ipaq h1945 to Siemans A56 cell phone

I am new to both pda and cell phones, but I understand you
can use your cell phone as a wireless modem. I think I
need some type of cables, but am unable to locate such.
Can somebody help with some info please?

There are two places that you can look but neither one offers a cable
for the 1945. It could just be that they're still in development...you
could contact them.
