Can anyone tell me how to send AT commands in native code?

Thanks in advance,

The AT Command Interpreter (ATCI) is a component that exposes the cellcore
as a standard modem. I think access to this modem is an OEM feature
(documented only in OAK). I think there was sample code in Internet showing
how to open a serial line to access ATCI.
