Windows XP / HP Ipaq 2215 Problem

I would really appreciate any help from someone familiar with the subject,

I have an iPaq 2215 and before I did the XP update and updated the ipaq
driver, I cannot connect the ipaq to my computer via Bluetooth. The ipaq
discovers my computer but does not show anything that it can do. For example
internet connection or active sync.

What should i do? is this a known problem?
