All that I have seen advertised with Mobile 6 have been "smart
phones".

I was looking to upgrade an older Ipaq, seems like it might be better
to wait until devices with the new OS are available. Any rumors of
Windows Mobile Classic devices being released?

Thanks!

I don't think any non-Classic WM6 devices will be released. I don't think
any current non-phone-enabled WM5 PPC's will be upgraded to WM6 either - I
only know of WM6 upgrades to phone models.
