Post subject: USB Activesync Fails

I place the Pocket PC in cradle, it is using activesync 3.7.1 on XP. The
device is recognized, activesync tries (starts) to sync and then just stops.
I have the latest USB port driver, Outlook, Activesync. It just doesn't go
to the next step of setting up the partnership. Any ideas?

Hi,
What desktop operating system are you using? Have you tried a different USB
port? Have you tried unplugging all the other USB devices?
