T3 HTML editing

I need to create and view HTML files on my T3, since I collaborate on
several projects that have settled on HTML as the standard for formatted
material. On my desktop machine, I use a text editor and hand-code the
tags, save as text format with an ".htm" extension, then use Netscape or
IE to view the results.

Is there some good way to do the same thing on a Palm?
