Sync PocketPC contacts with Business Contact Manager

I would like to sync my PDA (PocketPC) with the contacts inside the BCM
Business Contact Manager, I read somewere that this should be possible with
the MS prgram Outlook PCS. I have made a try but nothing happens....
Or maybe they are others solutions ?
