Resource Editor inactive bitmap

Hello

i installed palm os developer suite (downloaded april) on my notebook
and created a new palm 68k application project with the simple code
example.
building and debugging works fine but if i use the Recource Editor i
can't edit the icons and bitmaps. the "Set..." button is disabled and
if i try "Add..." more bitmaps the list "Image Elements" leave empty.

The same installation on my PC has not this problem.
