I have a Sandisk 256Mb SD card in my PPC (Dell Axim X3i). When I plug the
card into my desktop's card reader/writer it comes up with gibberish. Does
the PPC use a different file system or something?

(I can use my Compact Flash card from my Cannon Elph digital camera in my
desktop's card reader.)

Thanks, John

Could be a reader that's proprietary to a certain type of card (for
instance my new lexar SD card came with a reader - won't read my older
sandisk SD card at all, though my other card readers read it fine).

Shouldn't be a file system issue - I can read mine on any machine,
even in my camera.

If you know anyone with a different card reader, I'd try it there
once.
