MDA Compact III with Windows Server 2003 + TS

Hello together,

since two month we have the first MDA Compact III (Pocket PC) with Windows
Mobile AND Active Sync 4.5 inside installed.
Before this time the had only MDA Compact III in use with Windows Mobile AND
Active Sync 4.0 or 4.2 installed inside.

To connect to the Terminalserver we use ThinClients with configured RDP
Connection. Normaly no local session is running.

'til today we had installed Actice Sync 4.2 on the Windows Server 2003 with
Terminal Services installed.
There are no Problems to use and configure this software over a rdp session.
To syncronise the pocket pc we connect it to the local usb connection on the
server and a popup comes on the rdp-session from the thinclient. (from this
session, active sync is configuerd first)

But with the new Pocket PC with Active Sync 4.5 inside we have to installed
Active Sync 4.5 on the Server also.

The software installation ends successfully but active sync never starts....
It tries to configuered it for the first use but nothing happens...
Never mind if we try to start it on a terminal session (RDP) or a lokal
session.

There are no connection to any pocket pc's are available, equal to the new
or old ones...!

Does anyone knows something about this symptom?
And does anyone have a solution?
