Lost Contact Notes During Active Sync

At some point between switching from synching with Microsoft Works to
synching with Outlook, several of my contact notes were replaced with a msg
saying essentially,
"This contact contains a hand-written note from your Windows CE based device
that can't be displayed in the Windows Address Book." And if I typed in
that field, the note would be replaced.



How can I recover my original notes?

Hi Rob,

The notes should still exist on the device and the message should only be
displayed for notes that have anything other than plain text.

If you would like to migrate your contacts, you should keep them on the
device and create a new partnership with outlook and choose to combine your
data.
