Post subject: Linux on iPAQ 4700, dual boot - anyone is using it?
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>pocketpc (more info?)

I just wonder - is anyone on this group using Linux on iPAQ 4700, or
other iPAQ PDA?
I have dual boot Linux/WinXP on my desktop, so I would try to do the
same on my iPAQ 4700.
From what I read the Linux installation demand replace ROM memory - I
would like real dual boot from the CF or SD - so during boot I can
choose Linux or Win withour rewriting ROM (if it is possible).
