Need Help for an Error in Pass through connection

Hello,

My device is connected to my laptop using active sync, my laptop have an
internet connection.
I want to use active sync pass through connection to be able to reach a
virtual directory from an application on the device using RDA pull method, I
am using anonymous authentication.

I am getting the following error when i try to connect:

error code: 80070057.
Message:An internet connection cannot be established.
Minor error:28034.
Source:Microsoft Sql server Ce edition.

Please tell me whats wrong?

Is it something on the server?
or is it something wrong in the network configurations of laptop and/or
device?
or is it something wrong in the RDA code?

Note: I havent done anything in the network configurations, i just connected
my device to my laptop, and enabled the connection of the laptop.
