I'm hoping this is just something simple that I overlooked. Last night I
synced my 2215 to my laptop with no problems. I then used the 2215 for
awhile (15 minutes). I then hooked it up to the charge cable. About 5
minutes later I went to get on the 2215 and when I hit the power button,
nothing happened. No today screen, nothing. I noticed that the charge
light also wasn't on. I tried a soft reset to see if that would bring it
"alive". No luck. I then tried a hard reset to revive it. Again nothing.
I took the removable battery out and reinserted it to see if that may do
something. No luck. Any ideas? This is the first problem I've had with it
and like I said, I hope it's something simple that I'm missing. Thanks.

I don't know what I did but I got it working. Did another hard reset and
saw a flicker on the screen and tried it again and it was resurrected!

Only bad thing that you have now a clean machine: you have to reinstall
all software you had installed and which you need.

Next time: try the soft reset several times: once I had to soft-reset my
2215 three times before it returned to normal behaviour. Don't ask me
why, for it beats me too.
