Good Phone / SMS Application for using via BT

Hi!

I am looking for some good phone / sms application which can do the
following:

Control my phone via BT (serial?)
Dial a number (provide a good, thumb-safe dial pad)
Dial a number from my contact list
Send a SMS to a contact of my contact list or a number I provide

Note: I have a Dell Axim x51v which is not a smartphone but my SE has BT
and I want to control it via BT
