Hi,

I encounter the problem whenever i'm sync my PDA to the
PC, espiacially when syncing MS word files. A msg pop out

'Error converting file'

Cannot convert file 'xxx'
The file converter could not convert the file. The file may
contain unexpected data. Pls check the contents of the
file before trying the conversion again.

Is anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Are any of the files password protected? You can't synchronize
password protected Word/Excel documents to the Pocket PC.

If that's not the cause, try reinstalling ActiveSync.

No,

The files are not password-protected. Most of the files
are converted from .html to .doc files. using MS Word.

How big are they? Is there any possibility there's some corruption in
the file (can you copy and paste the text into a new Word document)?
