I have just purchased an Acer n10.
I have Microsoft Reader on it and on my Desktop. Both are activated. ( I
have a message telling me so )
I downloaded a book but it went to my Desktop but not to my handheld.
To the best of my knowledge I have carried out all the appropriate
instructions. Both Readers are activated.
Can anyone suggest where I have gone wrong please?

You haven't gone wrong! The eBooks will download to your desktop. To view
on the PPC simply copy the books to your PocketPC's My Documents folder.

And good luck finding it. I have a heck of a time trying to find
where my Pocket PC magazine E-Book gets hidden each time.
For some reason each time it puts it in a different location.

I am probably going to kick myself but how do you do this please?
I have looked in the Reader Folder but can't see anything that looks
like my ebook

I don't have mine set up to sync files, so can't say definitively, but
IIRC in your "my documents" folder there should be a folder for your
device - that would be where files sync to/from.

I simply copy my ebooks to the folder on the PPC directly using the
windows explorer.

It depends on what OS you have on your desktop, look for a folder in 'My
Documents' called 'My Library'. You should find your eBook in there Smile

Thank you all for your help.
I found it in My Library and have copied it to my PPC.
At the moment I can't read it because I have to reactivate my Reader but
I know how to do that.
Thanks again
David
