Archived from groups: microsoft>public>pocketpc>developer (more info?)

Dear all,

I’ve been trying to create an unmanaged dll (created in eVC 4.0) for use in
managed .net code (created in Visual Studio 2003 .NET) for my Pocket PC 2003
device. The dll import, setup and use in C# is all good and works great on my
pocket PC device. Problem starts when trying to debug the unmanaged dll from
eMbedded C++.

When trying to run the remote application on the device for debugging, eVC
hangs on the message “Waiting for debuggee to start…” The Pocket PC
application runs and the latest dll have been downloaded and are being used
as expected. But no breakpoints or debug information is coming back to eVC.
After that, eVC has to be aborted and started again before being able to
continue.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this issue?

Ok, I’m still struggling with this one, so if anyone could help shed some
light here, it would be much appreciated.
