Hi,

I have an PEG-SJ22 and am trying to transfer a jpg file from my T610 using
bluetooth. The clie is saying it dosen't recognise the file format and
therefore I can't save it. Any ideas on whats I am doing wrong?

Thanks,

Joanne

Are you transferring to a memory stick or to internal ram?

Palm uses a database format for its internal ram which can only store Palm
files. You will either need to store the JPG on a card, or use a desktop
program (I forget the name, but there is one that comes with the Clie) that
will convert the JPG file to a PDB file.

cfZap only lets you recieve beamed files to a card. Since Joanne is using a
bluetooth card, this option won't work for her.

Hi Joanne,

This happens with me with my clie TG50 with a build-in Bluetooth.

So at www.clie-link.com, a got an update called something like: bluetooth
coffie* and solved this problem.

Now when I received a .jpg with the bluetooth it prompt for confirmation
receive showing a preview of the image. Its very nice.

This upgrade is specific for my tg-50 and was placed at the clie-link site 2
months ago. Go there and check if there is one for your PEG-Sj22.

regards

Erico

Thanks for your replys.

I have tried using IR to a memory card but am still failing. Is there a
setting which tells the clie to save to the memory card rather than it's
own memory?
