Do anyone know how to add icon into menu bar (just like
the icon in pocket IE)?

The Menubar control does not support Icons next to menu items. You can
however use a Toolbar control - on Pocket PC the toolbar buttons will be
displayed to the right of any menu items - this is what you see in Pocket
IE.
