message comes up saying "the TCP/IP network transport is not installed" and
closes the program again. same if i try and acces my ppc through my
computer. ive tried uninstallin and re-installin TCP/IP protocol which
doesnt seem to work, and trauled through all the settings i can find with no

This is usually not a problem of the Packard bell, but a problem in your
Windows OS. For some reason the TCP/IP protocol has been damaged there. It
can be for a virus, a disk malfunction, or any other cause.

The best thing is to uninstall Activesync, re-install your network TCP/IP
protocol, and reinstall Activesync.
