This is usually not a problem of the Packard bell, but a problem in your
Windows OS. For some reason the TCP/IP protocol has been damaged there. It
can be for a virus, a disk malfunction, or any other cause.
The best thing is to uninstall Activesync, re-install your network TCP/IP
protocol, and reinstall Activesync.
