ActiveSync Unresolved won't go away HELP

I have a iPAQ 2215, PPC 2003 with a Task that remains unresolved though the
task is not on my task list in 2215 (I have no tasks there). I have done a
soft reset. I have attempted to resolve but it doesn't. MS Outlook has no
tasks in it. It won't go away. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just delete the partnership and re-establish it. That should do...
