Post subject: Active sync pass-through

I think this can seem silly but i'm not able to create a passthrough
connectione between my Ipaq (PPC 2000) and active sync 3.5.
I follow the instruction in the help but I cannot understand the last step:
translating from Italina sound like"From the list of connection select the
deveice to which connect the PC for the pass-through connection of Active
sync to the other workstation"
Where are the "list of connections"? on PPC, on PC?

Any suggestion (link too) will be appreciated.
