Tried what you suggested ... reinstalled software, checked IPAQ settings and connected directly to PC. Still no partnerships, can't find a device. I have just printed out my outlook calendar for next week so I will have something to work from. This is ridiculous. Now I've spent hours trying to do a simple synch and have an IPAQ paperweight. Isn't there some way to reset the IPAQ or clean out the windows file on the PC so that the PC will find the IPAQ USB connnection ?
