Pocket Access Sync Failure

Desktop: DELL OptiPlex w/OS Windows XP Professional
Synchronizing a Microsoft Access Database

Our users have 2 Pocket PCs synchronizing with one desktop PC. In the
ActiveSync Options, they have ONLY Pocket Access selected. They are not
synchronizing with any other applications.

When recently trying to synchronize the Pocket Access database with the MS
Access database on the desktop, they received the following error messages:

On examination, table Locations is either no longer on the device, no longer
.... or its layout has changed.
This table will no longer by synchronized.
On examination, table Qtys is either no longer on the device, no longer ...
or its layout has changed.
This table will no longer by synchronized.

The users sent me a snapshot of the screen with the error, so part of it was
not displayed (and they couldn't remember what it said!). They sent me the
MS Access database, and it appears to be fine.

Two other tables on the database (Employees and Items) synchronized
correctly with no errors.

I looked at the CE sync.mdb which shows sync history, and it appears this
problem started occurring on 1/2/04 (Friday); they didn't call me about it
until today.

They say they have not changed the sync settings in ActiveSync, so I don't
know what's causing the problem.

They also sent me the wcesmgr.log file; below is the portion of the file
that pertains to the last sync session. I certainly hope someone can help
me out with this one.
