Post subject: pst or csv file formats
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>mac>office>entourage (more info?)
Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Im running Outlook 2003 and from what I've read I can not easily import my contacts to Entourage in a pst format. I can use csv but I believe that csv is limited to "X number" of characters in a given field. I have lots of long notes with many of my customer contacts. Am I right about csv field lenghts? Any "unique" problems about inporting csv based files?

Any way you could export to .vcf ??
It's a pretty good format for exchanging contacts between software.

It looks like .vcf is not an option on my version of Outlook on my PC.

What do you get if you drag and drop the contacts to the desktop?? In
Entourage you get a .vcf. I am sort of hoping that Outlook will be as
smart,
