Can't print PPT vX files created on Mac on Windows platform

I am working in PPT vX (10.1.5). I have saved a presentation for a
client in the standard PPT file format. My client is able to open the
file, but not print it. The error message they are getting when they
try to print is: MS09.DLL (whatever that means). Any input would be
appreciated. Thx. A.

Anne,

Have a read of this page, it lists things to try to avoid this message when
trying to print.
