Does this exist? I have looked through just about every listing on
ebay and in searches, and have not yet found what I am looking for.
To be more specific, I want a keyboard with the same exact layout as a
full 105 key keyboard (Dell, Compaq, MS, etc) but without the number
pad on the far right, so it's shorter and more compact. The arrow
keys and Insert/Delete must all be in the same positions as the full
keyboards.

Small finder's fee available via Paypal to the first that posts good
info =)

Oh, this needs to be a wired keyboard, not wireless!

The Happy Hackers keyboard is pretty small, but removes the cursor keys.
It is also (the last time I checked) PS/2 only. Perhaps they have a
USB version. Perhaps it works with a Mac.

I believe there is now a USB version, and it works with a Mac. See e.g.

I presume you are seeking a USB keyboard. If so, I have never seen one
like you seek. In the classic ADB flavor, the vintage keyboards did not
have the numeric keypad, but they also lacked the F-keys and edit keys
(help, hoem, page up, pade down, end, del), and the cursor keys
wereplaced to the right of the space bar, leaving the control, option
and command/apple keys to be only on the left.

Perhaps someone is making a modular keyboard. I had one back in the ADB
days, where you could move the keypad to either side, or remove it.
there were movable modules for the main keyboard, edit keys, arrow keys
and numeric keypad. These never caught on, and I have not seen one in
years, and again, the one I had was an ADB keyboard.

I've seen a keyboard on my friend's music PC that is essentially a
laptop keyboard in it's own enclosure -- thin F-keys at the top, arow
keys wedged in under the return and right shift keys, etc ... would that
do?
