You are not supposed to, because Apple has to play kosher with the
record companies when it comes to compying music, which this would be.
However, there are plenty of tools out there to help you when you know
that.
If you are actually on a PC like you say, meaning "Windows", I am not
the person to help you, nor is this the best newsgroup for it. Try a
Windows specific one, or search for potential tools in a place like
www.versiontracker.com - Mac or Windows side according to preference.

I don't speak Dutch, but Babelfish was able to translate (with a little
grammatical correction): "I have 2 iPods (1 x 30 GB and one Nano) and I
want different music on both. Is that possible on one PC?"
Answer: Yes. You can synchronize any number of iPods to a single
computer running iTunes.
Assuming you have enough space, you can set your 30 GB iPod to have a
complete copy of your library, and your Nano to have just a particular
playlist (or group of playlists). Other combinations are possible.
Each iPod can be set to any of three modes:
(a) Fully automatic synchronization. All music and playlists in iTunes
will be copied to the iPod.
(b) Automatic synchronization using a specified set of playlists. Only
those playlists (and the songs in them) are copied to the iPod.
(c) Manual mode. You have full control over the content of your iPod.
You can manually drag songs and playlists to and from the iPod, create
playlists on the iPod, etc.
If the iPod is set to automatic mode (either variation) it can only be
used with a single computer. That computer has complete control over the
music on the iPod.
If the iPod is set to manual mode, it can be used with multiple
computers, and managed from any copy of iTunes (on the same platform,
i.e. on multiple Macs or on multiple Windows PCs, but not both Macs and
Windows PCs).
In iTunes 7, automatic mode is enabled by turning on the "Sync music"
option on the Music tab for your iPod. You can then pick "All songs and
playlists" or "Selected playlists". Manual mode is enabled by turning on
the "Manually manage music" option on the Summary tab for your iPod.
Changing between these modes will wipe the music on your iPod, so don't
do it unless you have enough time to copy everything back to the iPod
again. (Mine is just doing that now.)
These settings are only visible in iTunes while the iPod is connected to
the computer.

This didn't translate so well. I think the first sentence is "I have
bought a used iPod which has a lot of beautiful music on it." but the
second didn't come out well. My closest guess is that you already had
the iPod Nano and want to copy the music from the 30 GB iPod to your
computer.
Legally, you can't do that in most countries, due to copyright laws. The
iPod is intended to be a playback device for your music collection, not
a means of getting a copy of someone else's music. Apple does not
provide any method for copying music from an iPod to a computer.
There are third party applications which can do this, but using one is
probably a copyright violation.
When you connect the 30 GB iPod to your computer, if it was previously
set to automatic mode and was set up for the same operating system (Mac
or Windows), iTunes will ask if you want to synchronize the iPod with
your library. Answering yes to this question will wipe the contents of
the iPod and copy your music collection to it. You should therefore
answer No if you don't want to lose the music currently on the iPod, but
you won't be able to copy any more music onto it.
If the iPod was previously set to manual mode and was set up for the
same operating system (Mac or Windows), you will be able to copy more
music onto the iPod manually (assuming it has some free space), but you
won't be able to copy anything off the iPod.
Changing the mode setting of the iPod (from manual to automatic, or vice
versa) will also wipe its contents.
If the iPod was previously set up for a different operating system, then
you might have difficulty doing anything with it without completely
wiping it (restoring it to its original blank state). It is possible to
access the contents of a Windows-formatted iPod on a Mac (as a simple
storage device, not to copy music to or from it), but it is more
difficult to use a Mac-formatted iPod on Windows, because Windows
doesn't have built-in support for the Mac's file system (HFS+).
