Just wanted to know from people that have more experience with iPods
than me.

If a give song is in two different playlists does that mean that the
song is copied to the iPod (from MusicMatch or iTunes) twice?

Thanks,

CJ

No, it isn't copied twice. The playlists are just pointers to the
actual music files that are transferred. Even if you have it set to
sync playlists versus the whole library, it'll only transfer a given
file once, even if it's used in multiple playlists.
