I recently encountered a huge problem with Red X's
replacing graphics in a very important presentation. I was
using a MAC OS 10.2 so memory allocation should not have
been an issue. As a workaround for the future, I was told
to have a folder with all of the graphic files in case i
ever needed the originals to replace the x's. This seems
to be a very tedious process since I will have to do that
for every graphic that I include in presentations that
come from many different users. Any suggestions on how to
ensure that this does not happen again without including a
folder with all of the graphics? Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated!

I have noticed that all my jpg's must be set to RGB not CMYK for them
to be read correctly on a Mac...
