Looking for Orange Micro CD-ROM

I have an Orange Micro USB/FireWire PCI card.

Apparently I also need the CD-ROm that came with the card for the
drivers, as well as a patch for the 5500/6500 that Orange issued so that
the card would work with these two machines.

Can someone here provide me with a burned copy of the CD and the
PCIBridge patch?

I'll gladly pay for the media and postage.
