How to Maintain Window Size When Opening a New Window In I..

Hello everyone.

I've searched high and low for a way to make Internet Explorer 5.1.7
retain its window size settings when opening a new window. When I
launch the program the initial window retains the settings I left it at
but whenever I open a NEW window, it never retains.

I've tried using ResEdit to screw around with some Internet Config
stuff, but no luck.
Can anyone take a shot at this for me?

I'm running Mac OS 9.2.2
