I'm using MT-NewsWatcher version 3.5.2. The topics in the pull-down Help
menu are not displayed in the Help Windows. The window opens, but
contains no information.
Thanks for any assistance in getting this feature to work for me.

They all work here. I'm running version 3.5.3b3. You might try updating
to the latest version.

Thank you for your prompt reply! My OS is 10.4.11, so I don't think
MT-NW 3.5.3b3 is an option for me (the web site says this is for OS X
10.5 users). So, for now, maybe I'll just have to rely on the online
manual for the Help features. |

I'm also using MT-NewsWatcher version 3.5.2. The topics in the pull-down Help
menu are displayed in the Help Windows just as you would expect. Unfortunately
I haven't a clue as to why the help window may not be working for you, perhaps
some crucial file containing the help information is missing, or in the wrong
place.

I would try it anyway. Just because he updated it for 10.5 doesn't mean
10.4 is no longer supported.

You might try deleting the folder <user>/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpui.
The necessary files will be rebuilt when "Help" is invoked again.

Tried it, but still doesn't work. Thanks for the suggestion, though. |

You're right; the on-line documentation (which I hadn't checked
previously) says it will run with 10.3.9 and later, so I'll probably
give it a try. |

3.5.3b3 works perfectly fine for me under 10.4.11.

Just to bring this thread to a close, I'm happy to report that I'm now
using MTNW version 3.5.3b3 and everything seems to work as it should.
Thanks to all for your helpful replies. |

I guess you had't yet read his message where he said the reason he's
running 3.5.2 is because he has Tiger, and thought that 3.5.3b3 was only
for Leopard.

3.5.2 Works for me, under Leopard and Intel. |
