How do you add memory to a Mini? I mean, what kind of memory and how do you
take the case off? Is there just one slot?

Apparently PC2700.

A couple of techniques are documented on several web sites. The most
common one uses a putty knife (or two) to disengage the little fingers
that hold the case together. Another technique that's less likely to
result in cosmetic damage uses loops of thin wire (Cat-5 strands) fed in
through the vents to pop them loose.

Yes, and in the current model it ships occupied. Some of the rumors
about an upcoming update to the mini this summer suggest that the base
RAM will be on the board and the slot will be open in the baseline
config.
