Absolute cell reference (F4 Key)

Hi XinXin;

.... But although you can reassign F4 to other commands there is no available
"make reference absolute" command in the Commands list -- at least not that
I've ever been able to find. Nor is there an explicit command anywhere in
the menu structure. If you type the Command+T stroke in the Customize
dialog's "Press new shortcut key" field the message simply indicates that
the stroke is "Currently assigned to: A built-in keyboard shortcut"
