I recently replaced my internal 4 GB ATA hard drive with a 40 GB unit and
now am looking around for the best way to use it as an external firewire
or, less attractively, USB drive. Any helpful ideas welcomed. Email to
ferma001.DeleteThis@umn.edu Thank you.

Cases are readily available and not terribly expensive (considering that
they're reusable). Check www.dealmac.com for prices, and their forums to
see if the low price you just found is on a case that's worth getting.
