hi
i want go through sys administration . i dont know how to install my
system also . inorder for me to know, what books should i go through.
should i join in any instute for me to know abt a system, installation

It would help if you said what your system is. O'Reilly Associates publishes
lots of different books, generally very good, for administering and
installing all kinds of systems. I'd start with a basic book for your
particular operating system of choice, whether that is Debian Linux, RedHat,
or whatever your particular workmates and friends happen to use so you can
talk with them about it.
