So why don't you find out and give us a report?

G'wan, DFS, you know you want to.

You might be right. They were able to push an unfinished product out
the door and get OEMs to plug it (in the advertising sense).

M$ are good at the "Long Con", the art of extracting confidence from
strangers, or marks, whereby the mark is eventually relieved of large
sums of money for very little, or nothing, in return. The Long Con is a
complex, planned scam taken over a period of time, so that the mark
doesn't suspect anything & happily hands over large quantities of cash in
expectation of a large reward........ which he never gets of course, as
the confidence tricksters then tell him there is an even better
opportunity that he can buy into. So full of expectation, he happily
hands over more cash, & so on & so on....meanwhile the cons laugh all the
way to the bank. Eventually the cons realise that their little game is
up, & people are getting wise to them. Whatever assets they have invested
the mark's money in, they sell, in preparation of leaving town.

Rebooting to get web pages to display properly?

There goes your uptime.

Oh, I forgot, Microsoft leaves "planned" reboots out of downtime
calculations.

I doubt it. He was running Apache on Linux

No, some of it. A large proportion, true, but not all. And gradually
growing smaller.
