Now I am stuck at a screen that says "grub>"
Apparently, this is a tool that allows you to boot in multiple
operating systems? I don't want to do that.
All I want is to start my install over again. But I can't boot from
the DVD anymore. I changed the boot sequence and it still doesn't let
me boot from the DVD. I'm stuck!!!! I don't know enough about how all
this stuff works to try all the ideas I've seen on google, so I am
hoping someone can tell me how to fix this problem.

Thanks

I figure the problem is with the DVD that I was installing with. I was
able to boot from a Knopix CD and was also able to re-install Red Hat
from linux. My DVD must have a scratch on it or something.

Where it boots from is controlled by the bios. If your bios is having
trouble, or if you dvd does not work, then you need to fix those problems.

Make sure that the system is set up in the bios to boot from the dvd first.
