It's got more than that. Mountains of it. Cesspools full of it. It's not
easy making 3 gigahertz of processor with a gig of ram and a teraflop
graphics processor barely run. All while bringing no new functionality.
And still failing to employ 60's technology and protect the OS from its
users. |

Thanks!
I especially like the Auto-Shutdown/Reformat/SueMS/Track.MS.Death
utility.
Thanks again! |

You mean that instead of using faster virtual ram off your drives it can
actually make use of the slower USB stick.
Now that is worthy of the wow factor. Wow, how could they come up with such
a stupid idea and attempt to sell it as a feature. |

Do you cola wacks have a secret contest going to see who can make the
dumbest statements?
Reading flash memory is much faster than reading a hard drive.

Shouldn't the "Subject" be "Windows Vista, Traps and Sucks!" ?

And yet 90% of your posts are discussing XP v Vista. So I guess you
would be interested? |

Flash is faster for random accesses, but dog slow for large sequential.
It's also of very questionable benefit on all but the most memory-starved
machines unless one is using hellishly expensive flash devices.
You'd be better off spending the money on RAM rather than on flash. |
