Hi,

I would like to install Fedora Core 4 onto a laptop which does not have a
floppy or cdrom, doing it via PXE seems to be the simplest option.

Could someone advise how i can configure a bootable floppy image (imz) which
will then give me the option to install FC4 via FTP.

Thanks
Matthew

Since you mention elsewhere that your PXE server is Windows, be clear. You
need a TFTP server to provide the boot images, and the images are on the
first CD or downloadable on the net in places like
ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/core/4/i386/os/images/pxeboot/

I should also say that the PXE server is running on windows, so all i really
require information for is how to create the image file.

Thanks
