Bug#413204: Missing dependency on python-dbus

Version: 2.0.0+beta5-10

gaim includes a script called gaim-remote. This script requires python-dbus to
work. A minor nit in that context: making anything useful of the output when
either python-dbus is not installed or when you call it with an invalid
argument like '-?', '--help', 'help' requires Python knowledge.

gaim does Recommend: python-dbus, but I agree that the error message
should be better.
