Bug#402525: moving with middle mouse button in fvwm pager ..

I am running the most up to date debian testing on amd64. FvwmPager
shows the following problem: When a new window is opened (for example an
xterm is started) it cannot be moved in the fvwm pager using the middle
mouse button. However, after the window has been moved using the title
bar, it is possible.


Example configuration which produces the problem:

DesktopSize 1x1
DesktopName 0 0
DesktopName 1 1

DestroyFunc StartFunction
AddToFunc StartFunction
+ I Module FvwmPager 0 3

Style Fvwm* !Borders, NoTitle, Sticky, \
WindowListSkip, CirculateSkipIcon, CirculateSkip
Style FvwmPager NeverFocus
