Hi, my machine is HP Compaq nx7300.
I'm using KDE 4.2.2 and it looks like my suspend button doesn't generate any
ACPI events. I can't suspend my laptop by hiting suspend button (Fn+F3),
other buttons like brightness up/down are working.
Thanks.

Linux 2.6.29
pm-utils 1.2.5
uswsusp 0.8

Have you checked that with 'acpi_listen'? Maybe it generates ACPI events
but nothing reacts on them.

greetings,
Hans

Ok. I run "acpi_listen" and in fact it generates an ACPI event when I press
Fn+F3:
button/sleep SBTN 00000080 00000000
SO it looks like nothing reacts on this.
