After reboot, my computer monitor display setting will change from
"1280x1024" to "unknown" (which is "800x600" by default).
/etc/X11/xorg.conf and /etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup are both set to
"1280x1024" before reboot.
My computer use FC6 (can't use FC10).

What video card do you have? If it's Nvidia or ATI, do you use the
proprietary drivers?
