    <description>Hello    I did an upgrade with slackpkg from 12 2 to 13 0 0 0 0    Everything went fine  After some days  I noticed that a library  wasn t up to date  I upgraded it  Then I ran a   slackpkg upgrade all    I had at least 80 packages to upgrade       I did     I rerun slackpkg  I had another 10 packages to upgrade  I did     Today  I launch slackpkg upgrade all  Another  50 packages to  upgrade     </description>
