Archived from groups: linux>redhat>rpm (more info?)

Hi,

I've installed a package during test multiple times using --force.
The package is now listed more then once in the RPM listing.
Any ideas how to get rid of this problem ?

I tried to erase, bute this tells me, that more then one package
is referenced ....

[sgimgr@SGENT01 sgimgr]$ rpm -q ato-bin-1.1-0
ato-bin-1.1-0
ato-bin-1.1-0
ato-bin-1.1-0
ato-bin-1.1-0
ato-bin-1.1-0
ato-bin-1.1-0
ato-bin-1.1-0
[sgimgr@SGENT01 sgimgr]$ rpm -e ato-bin-1.1-0
error: "ato-bin-1.1-0" specifies multiple packages

Thanks
Martin N.
